Delivery and Pickup Procedures

We deliver everything we sell! Please ask for delivery rates based on location. No signature is required on delivery but we strongly suggest that someone be present at time of delivery. Any claims or rejections must be made the day of delivery- no exceptions. Delivery cost is a fee per delivery, per location.  Multiple locations will be priced as multiple deliveries. Our delivery trucks per insurance are not allowed to leave a paved surface during delivery. Palletized and larger plant material will be delivered with the use of a forklift to offload. The forklift needs at least 9 feet of clearance to enter an area.

All orders must be paid in full before they are loaded or delivered. We will not load merchandise before payment under any circumstance. Once purchase is complete you receive a loading ticket which is collected by our employees that check that all your materials are loaded correctly. All deliveries and pickups must take place during our current business hours. Please see our website for current hours
